Physicians shall be board certified, or eligible, by the American Board of EmergencyMedicine. Physicians shall comply with the policies, procedures and by-laws of the hospital/clinic. The physician shall also be required to perform this service in compliance with applicable standards of The Joint Commission and Quality Improvement.
