• 6 ORs, L&D, 2 Endo 6 ORs & 2 procedure rooms in ASC
• Cases: B&B, ENT, GI, GYN, & OB
• NO Heads NO Hearts NO PEDs
• Model: 2 MD/DOs 5 CRNAs
• EMR: Cerner
