We are seeking a talented Diagnostic Radiologist with a passion for high quality patient care to build our Radiology program and an experienced leader who is a Board Certified radiologist to serve as the medical director.

Currently composed of 7 MDs and one NP who practice in a very friendly environment and maintain excellent relationships
with our colleagues.
Hiring MDs to allow for growth in case volume and the opening of a new surgery & imaging center on
campus.
Breast Imager
No call, nights, weekends or holidays. 100% Breast imaging.
No general diagnostic radiology responsibilities (unless desired) .
Potential for above average compensation.
Our mammography clinical practice includes a new (opened January 2023) state of the art free-standing breast imaging center that also houses our breast surgery clinic. We also provide screening mammography and DEXA at two local sites The breast imaging practice includes tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI. Procedures include tomosynthesis, stereotactic, MRI and ultrasound guided procedures including needle-wire and non-wire localizations. We have all Hologic tomosynthesis mammography units (4 at our main site and one each at our screening facilities) with both an upright add-on and a prone dedicated Hologic Affirm tomosynthesis biopsy unit with a Brevera breast biopsy system. We recently upgraded our systems to the Intelligent 2D imaging technology.
Diagnostic Radiologist
Core Requirements:
- Plain films, CT, MRI, US and Fluoroscopy. Body, Neuro, MSK, basic peds cases. Interpreting CTA head and neck and potentially CT Brain perfusion. Fluoroscopy includes diagnostic (Upper GI, Esophogram modified barium swallow)
- Reading in your subspecialty is encouraged and works well, though general duties are required since we are an active community hospital
- Expect to read an average of 40-50 wRVU/day
- Call: currently no evening or weekend call-future call would be no greater than 1:7
Advantageous Skills:
Nuclear medicine (HIDA, Bone Scan, VQ, WBC and Pet/CT)
Light procedural work such as paracentesis, thoracentesis, lumbar puncture, large-joint arthrograms
Compensation & Benefits:
Excellent compensation with base income plus additional productivity bonus
Full-time employee receives base income of $450k with opportunity for $22k annual bonus
