• West Valley: Buckeye/Verrado, Goodyear, Sun City, Surprise, and Peoria
• East Valley:  Casa Grande, E. Mesa, Gilbert and Scottsdale

• Avg patient volumes 18-24 per day
• Autonomy in your practice with support from integrated health system
