Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This is a unique opportunity for a creative and driven individual to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.What you’ll do as a Marketing Specialist at LoadSpring:Create content, develop digital marketing channels, and utilize campaign analytics.Continuously learning LoadSpring, products, and customers to implement effective marketing campaigns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives.Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and other departments to gather input and requirements for marketing projects.Work with the appropriate stakeholders to determine campaign deliverables and possibilities.Liaise between all relevant parties to ensure projects are developed, revised, presented, and revised again.Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.What you need to be successful as a Marketing Specialist:2+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator or generalist role.2+ years of experience in B2B marketing within an enterprise technology company.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a relevant field preferred .
