ATI is currently seeking a Sales Director - Defense, Aerostructures, and Industrials to join our facility in Cudahy, WI. This position is responsible to oversee the account management, customer relationships, and growth of ATI Forged Products’ defense, aerostructures, space, and industrial product lines. This individual will develop and implement strategies to strengthen ATI’s relationships with current customers and expand ATI Forged Products market share for targeted parts and applications.
Primary Activities
Leads and manages commercial program managers who support ATI’s strategic customers.Is accountable for the financial performance of ATI FP’s defense, aerostructure, space, and industrial product lines, including profitability and cash flow generation.Supports development of and executes ATI Forged Products’ commercial strategy within these market segments.Sets pricing strategy for incremental and transactional business.Coordinates contract negotiations with strategic customers under direction from Sr. Director.Coaches and mentors commercial program managers and other reports, supporting individual and team growth.Utilizes industry connections and relationships to achieve results for ATI.Supports commercial program managers as required to satisfy critical customer concerns.This position requires travel domestically and internationally.
