Bachelor's degree in business or a related field5+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions or related workExperience with Business/Management Consulting preferredStrong project management skills, including familiarity with PMI methodologyExcellent decision-making, self-management, and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management systems
