Vice President, DSD Sales & Operations , in Bloomington, MN. In this role, you are accountable for the management, growth, and expansion of the CJ Schwan’s DSD (direct store delivery) product portfolio across North America ($1.4B GSV$). This role is accountable to lead and develop our DSD frontline team while engaging with and supporting our customer sales team to drive profitable growth, workforce productivity and ensure other strategic KPI's are met.Reporting to Business Unit President, this leader is accountable for driving sales, operations (revenue and profits) and delivering high service levels, while controlling costs and other operational efficiencies across our entire DSD network.We offer competitive compensation including annual and long-term incentives. We will also offer relocation assistance, if needed, as you will need to be based in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN area.

ResponsibilitiesLeading and developing the DSD field execution team across Schwan’s Consumer Brands, Inc.Translating corporate strategy into an executable planEngaging and supporting our distribution network to expand points of distribution, driving increased displays frequency and quality merchandising, facings and TDP’s and other KPI's that are focused on strategic growth of the total product portfolio within retail channelWorking closely with internal and distributor partner supply chain teams to ensure proper inventory levels exist consistently throughout Schwan’s Consumer Brands, Inc.Working closely with internal and external teams (marketing, customer sales, finance etc.) to deliver annual operating plan objectivesP&L ownershipIn this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:

Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience12+ years in senior leadership/general management positions7-10 years of DSD leadership experience, frozen preferredIn-depth knowledge of sales within CPG industryExperience managing and developing large teams in a high growth environmentStrong business acumen, relationship management and collaboration skills, customer focus, and drive for resultsEffective analytic, negotiation and interpersonal skillsProven track record of turning insights into action and growthAbility to travel – expected travel 50%+
