With exciting events happening all the time, find your sense of community and inclusion at the Heights.JOB SUMMARY:The Heights is seeking a Director of Marketing to be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and brand vision.
Responsibilities of this role include leading a team of marketing professionals and collaborating closely with cross-functional departments to drive revenue growth, enhance customer loyalty, and expand the brand’s market presence. Successful candidates will be innovative, have a strategic mindset, be a creative thinker, and possess a deep understanding of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Craft and implement creative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer retention.Identify target markets, analyze consumer trends, and leverage market research to develop effective campaigns and initiatives.Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing plans across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and traditional advertising.Define and shape the overall brand identity, positioning, and messaging ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring brand standards are met across all marketing collateral and communications.Monitor brand perception, conduct market research, and use customer feedback to enhance brand equity.Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.Foster strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to maximize marketing opportunities.Oversee the development and maintenance of a compelling online presence, ensuring an exceptional user experience across digital platforms.Leverage data analytics and customer insights to optimize marketing campaigns, drive customer engagement, and maximize online sales.Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking expenses.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.Provide regular reports and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting marketing performance, ROI, and strategic recommendations.QUALIFICATIIONS/SKILLS:Demonstrated success in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, social media platforms, and emerging trends.Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals.Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.BENEFITS:Generous paid time offMedical, dental, vision, life401(k) with company matchEmployee DiscountReferral ProgramFlexible SchedulePaid TrainingFree Parking
