JDOur client seeking an Informatica MDM Developer. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in MDM development, testing, analysis, and implementation skills with specific experience in Informatica MDM allowing them to serve as the champion for data governance ensuring that the design and integrity of Master Datasets is maintained within and across our client's systems. Ideal candidate has experience on Informatica SaaS development..Key Responsibilities

Uses knowledge of end-to-end processes to analyze, cleanse, and enrich master data elements.Defines critical Data Quality metrics and establishes a process to measure and report on them.pplies/demonstrates advanced understanding of processes, procedures, and policies for the MDM platform.Identifies and facilitates the integration of MDM with other client applications to ensure data integrity across systems.Leads the discussions with the Data Domain owners to define & maintain relevant hierarchy structures.Troubleshoots issues related to MDM and identifies opportunities for improving data management processes.Works closely with the other members of data and MDM team to ensure data integrity by coordinating data management efforts across the organization.Collaborates with MDM teams across the company to define and govern key attributes for Customer/Product/Location data domains.Gathers and synthesizes existing data governance principles, policies, practices and standards, e.g. understanding industry best practices.Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders from Business and IT and ensure MDM enhancements are well coordinated and communicated.Resolve complex technical issues as they relate to master data architecture, performance, and various tools, working closely with technical team members.Review MDM environment for efficacy, performance improvement (including APIs), and support overall MDM data governance model.Build customized APIs for data ingestion into MDM.Configuration and Management of Users/Groups/Roles/enable single sign on/ securities, etc.Education/ExperienceBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration or related field is required4+ years of experience in MDM development and implementation.Knowledge/Skill Requirements

Prior experience implementing MDM Solutions with Informatica is required.Prior experience implementing MDM Solutions with Informatica IDMC Cloud is a plus.Must have hands-on experience across the various phases of a typical MDM solution - data profiling, data integration, validation, cleansing, standardization, matching, consolidation etc.Strong understanding of Data structures and relationshipsStrong Data analysis skills, strong in SQLUnderstand and assess the Source to target map documents and provide the recommendations if any.Knowledgeable in technology and software development processesStrong presentation development and delivery skillsProactive and strategic thinker; able to look ahead and foresee issues and plan around themExcellent organizational skillsFair understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) requiredExcellent collaboration skillsExperience with Manufacturing Domain is a huge plus
