Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Monthly cost center reporting, variance analysis and commentary against budget, prior year and forecast.Communicate and partner with functional leaders to review monthly results, drive financial decisions and execute on the budgeting and forecasting process.Analyze vendor spend and partner with Accounting to support accruals and reclasses during month-end close.Assist with the financial modeling of budgets and quarterly forecasts to support strategic initiatives.Design and prepare routine and ad hoc analysis and reports of operating and capital expenditures.Define software allocation methodologies and assist with financial modeling during contract negotiations.Identify and lead opportunities to drive process improvements.As a global organization, Datasite knows that diverse perspectives are essential to our success.
