This role is designed for a seasoned professional with extensive sales experience in the IT services industry, particularly at the VP level. As a key member of our hyper growth Enterprise division, you will collaborate closely with the CRO to drive new business, manage customer portfolios, and expand existing accounts, contributing significantly to the overall growth of revenue.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and articulate a compelling business case for Turing through a consultative and value-driven sales process.Exceed sales goals by establishing relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts, securing new business, and fostering the expansion of overall client revenue. Identify, prioritize, and monitor progress toward key account metrics.Stay informed about clients' business, industry, and objectives, positioning yourself as a trusted ally capable of providing thought leadership.Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources throughout the sales cycle.Collaborate with the internal market intelligence team to formulate and execute comprehensive account plans.Deliver presentations to a diverse audience, including C-level executives and sponsors, both in-person and virtually.Job RequirementsProven experience in Hunting and Farming from Tier-1/Tier-2 IT Services firms at the VP level, demonstrating proficiency in building and managing C-level client relationships.Minimum of 15 years of experience in New Customer Acquisition and/or Account Expansion roles.Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in sales-driven positions.Strategic and creative thinking to understand industry and customer trends, applying insights to drive business results.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with effective presentation abilities.Willingness to go the extra mile and take initiative for mutually beneficial outcomes.Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or related CRM tools.Familiarity with Slack and Zoom for effective communication.Passionate about the mission of Turing.Nice to have: Experience in negotiating complex service agreements with procurement and legal departments within enterprise accounts.Advantages of joining Turing:
