We're looking for a Growth PM (our first!) to join our 8-member Product team. In this role, you'll lead our growth initiatives, collaborating closely with engineers, PMs, designers, marketers, and sales peers to systematically experiment with and enhance the user journey. You’ll be responsible for accelerating user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. This role reports to our Chief Product Officer.You'll play a pivotal role in securing some of the world's most critical code, including Slack, Shopify, Dropbox, GitLab, Plaid, Snowflake, Lyft, One Medical, and more. Drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth across the product suite through open-source, in-product, and sales/marketing experiments.Deeply understand the needs of, and iterate with, different purchasing and user personas (e.g. Chief Security Officers, security managers, software engineers).Collaborate with and influence Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales teams to propel growth initiatives.Collect and utilize both quantitative and qualitative data to monitor the success of your growth efforts and identify areas for further experimentation and improvement.Engage external partners and vendors for growth-related initiatives (e.g., contract engineering, YouTube influencers).Play a pivotal role in shaping the culture of our growing Product team.You are ideal for this role if you have

4+ years of experience in growth or product management for B2B SaaS products, with a track record of increasing user acquisition, activation and retention through continuous product improvements.Proficiency in quantitative analysis, including writing SQL or Python, with a knack for data exploration.Professional experience working on products that target technical personas (e.g. software engineers, SREs, security engineers) or are open-source.Experience at a growth-stage company or demonstrated adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on rapid iteration.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Preferred: work in person 2-3 days a week in our San Francisco office.What we offer
