Experienced Yard Loader OperatorJob Description:•Operate a wheel loader on a rock yard loading finished product into trucks accurately, timely,efficient, and in a safe manner.•Maintain Stockpiles, minimize spillage, maximize usable product, and ensure zero contamination.•Maintain roads for safe, smooth, efficient driving conditions.•May also be required to operate various other pieces of heavy equipment as pit and yard needsrequire, and at the discretion of the site superintendent.•Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.•Demonstrates a good working knowledge of company rules and assures facility compliance withregulatory agencies.•Assure facility compliance with MSHA and other regulatory agencies.Requirements:•Have at least two years experience operating a front-end loader - similar to a CAT 980•Self-motivated individual - must be able to perform required duties independently, withoutconstant supervision.•Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when necessary.•High school diploma GED•Supervisor Green Card Holder Preferable•Valid driver's license•Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.•Detail-oriented•Excellent time management and problem -solving skills.•Effective communication skills.Souter Limestone and Minerals, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to a dynamicand positive workplace.
