PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion Conversion LeadSummary:This critical role is responsible for leading the successful migration of enterprise data and processes from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion. You will leverage your expertise in both systems to ensure a smooth and accurate transfer of financial data, operational information, and customizations.Responsibilities:PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion Conversion Lead:Develop and execute a comprehensive data migration strategy, outlining the scope, timeline, and budget for the project. Collaborate with various departments (finance, operations, IT) to understand current PeopleSoft functionalities, data structures, and conversion requirements. Partner with Oracle implementation specialists or consultants to configure Oracle Fusion according to company needs. Manage the data conversion process, including data extraction, cleansing, mapping, and loading into Oracle Fusion. This involves ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to Oracle Fusion's data model. Develop and implement a testing plan to verify data integrity and functionality within the new Oracle Fusion system. Support user training and change management initiatives to facilitate a smooth transition from PeopleSoft.Technical Expertise:Possess in-depth knowledge of both PeopleSoft and Oracle Fusion systems, including functionalities, data structures, customization options, and reporting capabilities. Proven experience in data conversion methodologies, data mapping techniques, and data quality assurance practices. Understanding of Oracle Fusion implementation best practices is a plus. Familiarity with PeopleSoft and Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM data migration tools is beneficial.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, accounting, information technology, or a related field, 4 years of experience in PeopleSoft Financial and Supply Chain ERP implementations, upgrades, and maintenance, and Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM systems experience. Strong understanding of ERP and HCM systems and processes, SQL, and Microsoft Office Product Software.
