Overview:
GreenSky is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Full Stack Developer at GreenSky, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our innovative financial technology platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions that drive business growth and enhance the user experience for our customers and partners.
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities :Design, develop, and maintain web applications and services using modern technologies and best practices.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Implement responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React.js or Angular.Develop server-side logic and APIs using Node.js, Python, or Java, and integrate with databases and external services.Optimize application performance and scalability and troubleshoot issues across the stack.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and proactively contribute ideas and solutions to improve our platform and development processes.Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance of developed features.
Required Skills/Qualifications
Business Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web development projects.Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js).Experience with server-side development using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies.Solid understanding of databases and data modeling, with experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications :
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with financial technology (FinTech) or related industry.
