All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran status, or disability status.Description:Prepare, review, validate and send billing statements, project plans, and SLAs to customersSubmit monthly invoices to customers showing spending against their SLAsProvide assistance and instructions to customers by answering questions and assisting them in navigating through business and financial processesWork closely with Finance when preparing and analyzing SLAs, financial, or billing statementsStrong written and verbal communication skills including proof reading, writing, developing communications for the customer, creating communication plans, and writing speeches as needed.Run monthly ad hoc financial reports and metricsReview and approve timesheets as needed

Job Requirements

Must have an active TS/SCI with Full Scope PolyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsBasic knowledge of project management principles and conceptsKnowledge of Fee for Service or Working Capital Fund concepts and business modelsWorking knowledge of Government financial processing vehicles (Momentum, SLA Workflow, CAPTURE)Ability to interact with customers at all levels of the organizationMinimum 3+ years experience
