We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant to join our growing organization. In this position, you will perform clerical tasks, communicate callers and customer inquiries to the appropriate party, greet and assist customers. Other duties will include supporting the Collision Center.
Essential FunctionsAnswer phone inquiries, direct calls and provide basic company informationPerform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as neededSet appointmentsHandle customer inquiries both by phone and emailDocument all call information according to standard operating proceduresEducation and Experience
High school diploma or equivalentProficient in relevant computer applicationsRequired language proficiencyKnowledge of customer serviceGood data entry and typing skillsKey Competencies
