I currently represent 2 employed Obstetrics and Gynecology positions in North Carolina. Both come to you with big earning potentials and beautiful areas to live.

1: Established hospital and practice looking to add another Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to their team or 2 in Eastern North Carolina. Current OBGYNs physicians are generating over 10,000 wRVUs a year, there is big money to be made here.

Join an established practice with 2 other OBGYNs, 5 nurses, call support, and all hospital specialties
Call is 1:4, shared wRVUs model with other docs, and extra call can be taken for $800 a shift
Current hospital is performing 400 deliveries a year and are a level II nursery
Will be officed in a MOB with 35 other providers, fulltime sonographer, and MFM and NICU support team from sister location
117 bed acute care hospital with 20 medical specialties on site

2. Established hospital and practice looking to add another OBYGN to the team between Fayetteville and Jacksonville, North Carolina. Big income potential with little to no competition.

Join an established practice with 2 other OBGYNs, 5 nurses, call support, and all hospital specialties
Call is 1:3 and looking to get it to 1:4, any extra call is paid at $800 a shift
Current hospital is performing 400+ deliveries a year and are a level II nursery
Latest Stryker Towers for laparoscopic procedures, C-sections performed, and GE Centricity Centralized Fatal monitoring
81 bed acute care hospital with 20 medical specialties on site

Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary, guaranteed production bonus year 1, quality incentives and more give you the ability to earn over $500,000 a year
$50,000-$80,00 sign on bonus or more based on years of commitment, up to $10,000 in relocation allowance, and $5,000 in CME a year
401k with match, 457b, medical, dental and life insurance provided

Location 1 is in northeastern North Carolina 30 minutes from Greenville, NC, 1 hour from Raleigh, NC, and 2 hours from the coast of North Carolina
Location 2 is 80 miles to Raleigh, 50 miles to Fayetteville and an easy drive to the coast
County of 70,000 and service area of over 100,000 for location 1
County of 60,000 and service area of 80,000 for location 2
