We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead and oversee all aspects of the human resources function within our two organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.This position will be located at 217 North Main Street, Rutland, Vermont.Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleSHRM-SCP, CP requiredIn-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and proceduresStrong understanding of employment laws and regulationsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsResponsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectivesOversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development processesManage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actionsImplement and maintain HR policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulationsCollaborate with executive team to drive organizational development and change management initiativesThis should not be construed as an exhaustive list of all job duties and responsibilities.
