Barbaricum is seeking a Data Analytics and Intelligence Analysis professional to provide support to a US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) customer to integrate as part of a team that will provide advanced analytical knowledge of data, with a focus on conducting big data analysis, data conditioning, programming, advanced computing, developing algorithms, developing software and data models, executing predictive analytics and utilizing visualization tools. This position is 100% on-site in Honolulu, HI.
Responsibilities
Analyze local, national, and global trends to identify new sources of data and methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting. Determine technical issues and remove corrupted data & fix coding errors and related issues. Work collaboratively with Intelligence and Data analysis teams to produce qualitative and quantitative data analysis that supports Intelligence products and processes. Build data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks and/or automation for data consumers to monitor, extract, and report on data. Work with IDST members and USSOCOM leadership to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data management strategies for the enterprise to improve the quality and usability of data. Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets. Qualifications
Active DoD TS/SCI clearance Possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a computer science OR a bachelor's degree in a non-related field and four years of relevant experience in Python, C++, JavaScript, or other programming languages. At least 4 years of intelligence analysis experience. SOF support experience strongly desired. Desired Qualifications
R, C/C++, SQL, Go, Flask, React, and SQLAlchemy Knowledge of Continuous Integration / Continuous Development (CI/CD) practices
