Your ability to multitask and maintain a high level of organization will be crucial in this dynamic position.Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking service and parts assistance.Provide accurate estimates to customers.Order, receive, and manage parts inventory to ensure availability and efficiency.Collaborate with technicians to identify necessary parts for repairs.Process parts returns and exchanges in a timely and effective manner.Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and customer transactions.Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and communication.Qualifications:
