Plus, our industry expertise ensures maximum fair market value payout.About this Role:We are looking for a Dynamic Sales Leader to lead our ITAD sales team. The team will include approximately 9 field based sales professionals. This position will be responsible for existing employees in addition to growing the sales team throughout the year. The leader will be an expert in the ITAD industry.Our Ideal candidate will have:

TravelWill travel to ITAD specific events, prospective or current customer sales meetings, and Ingram Micro leadership events. This can be up to 40% travel based on business growth and need.Education/Experience:A four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in the ITAD industry). Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
