Executive Assistant
to join our team at the
Missouri Regional Office located
in
Jefferson City, Missouri.Responsibilities:The
Executive Assistant
supports the operations of the Vice President of Operations in a variety of capacities including acting as liaison between field and corporate staff by providing administrative expertise and supervising the flow of administrative duties and responsibilities.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree requiredMust maintain current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certificationMust be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicableMinimum of three years of secretarial or office experience requiredGood communication and organizational skills, professional phone etiquette, and accurate typing skillsDemonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Office required; working knowledge of spreadsheets and data base programs preferred
