Summary:

The Business Manager is responsible for (1) the company's online presence through social media platforms and official website. (2) Develop and strengthen real estate professional relationships through boot camp activities and training seminars. (3) Local organization market development and marketing. (4) Update and organize Derek's communication database, external communication, and other administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, managing calendars, organize meetings, handling correspondence, and ensure efficient office operation.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement digital marketing strategy. Develop engaging content targeting real estate professionals and potential clients who are seeking mortgage financing.Posting regularly across all social media platforms and websites. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages and mentions, and respond in a timely and professional manner.Establish, track and analyze social media performance metrics, provide insights and identify opportunities for optimization.Develop and execute real estate professional engagement events. Organize boot camp activities including the Big Loser Challenge (individual and team), education and training seminars covering core topics including but not limited to loan process and approval, loan programs and guidelines, effects of economic conditions on real estate markets. Client network development, maximizing rewards in new commission structure.Develop and initiate marketing plans targeting UNLV and CCSD. Maintain and strengthen relationships with external contacts.Develop marketing strategy to expand Homeownership Benefits Program rollout to local business and organizations.Conduct research and compile market data to support decision making processes.Prepare, edit documents, reports, presentations.Update and organize Derek's communication database. Setup automated email, text messages and monthly newsletters, in coordination with corporate.Manage calendars, schedule appointments and meetings.Coordinate and assist in organizing company events and functions.Assist with other administrative tasks, and projects as needed. Ensure efficient office operation.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication, Marketing or related field.Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask.Self-motivated and eager to learn and explore.Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in using social media platforms and basic understanding of social media analytics.Knowledge of website management platforms is a plus.Pleasant and outgoing personality.Certification in healthcare, nutrition, or personal training is highly valued.
