Open is seeking a Head of Growth to own acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate is a creative, analytical, results-driven leader with the ability to work across performance marketing, lifecycle, and product.

WHAT YOU'LL DOStrategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.Channel Management: Oversee marketing efforts across various channels, including but not limited to: (1) Paid digital advertising (across Facebook/Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok), (2) Organic social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), (3) Content marketing and SEO, (4) Email marketing campaigns, (5) Affiliate and partnership marketing, (6) Influencer collaborationsReporting: Provide regular reports to the executive team on campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to maximize Open's future growth.Analytics and Optimization: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance. Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and efficiency.Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to various channels based on performance and potential.Creative Campaign Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and content teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with company goals.Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.WHAT YOU (IDEALLY) BRING

A strong background in Growth / Performance Marketing with 5-7+ years of experience (1-2 years in leadership)Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies in consumer industriesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in utilizing data to drive decision-making and marketing optimizationStrong understanding of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Klaviyo)Experience managing large budgets effectively and delivering positive ROILeadership qualities that inspire team collaboration, innovation, and excellenceAbility to work in a fast-paced, startup environmentPassion for mindfulness and wellnessBENEFITS
