The Warehouse/ Yard Worker will assist the Warehouse Department, keeping the area clean,organizedand free of trash. Assisting with stenciling crates and use of power tools.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sweep, clean entire warehouse, loading docks and yardMaintains safe and clean work environment by keeping pallet areasorganized and free of debris.Maintain refuge (trash) areaWear the proper safety equipmentAssemble shipping crates(stenciling)Operate a hand truckUse of power tools (i.e.saw, nail gun, etc.)Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Strong team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment.Dependable and reliablePositive attitude a plusWritten and verbal communicationFlexible schedule
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or Equivalent1+ years of warehouse/yard work or relatedexperience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Able to lift75 poundsunassistedSit, stand,crouchor bend for extended periods of timeMust be authorized to work in the US and be at least 18 years oldWork outside in varying temperatureMust be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening (including marijuana, medical marijuana, and THC)
