Part Time Dock Worker - PM Shift!!!

**Position Summary:*** Loads, unloads, and moves freight from trailer to customer's store room by performing the following duties:GLS US Freight, Inc is California's premier trucking company. We have an amazing opportunity for entry-level logistics professionals to join our award winning team! We have grown to 9 terminals throughout California, Nevada and Arizona. Our company is currently hiring to assist in our growth!**Position:**Part-Time Freight Handler PM Shifts* Ride with driver to customer locations.* Read manifests or follows oral instructions to ensure correct freight to be moved.* Assist driver to open trailer and operate liftgate.* Load and unload materials onto or from trailer by pallet jack or hand as needed.* Load materials into vehicles and installs bracing, rope, or dunnage to prevent shifting or damage in transit.* Count, and record number of units of materials moved or handled on control copy and manifest.* Lift heavy objects by hand or with pallet jacks or hand trucks and cleans work area.* No prior experience necessary.* For the right candidates, we will train!**Benefits:**We value our employees and offer an excellent benefit package after 60 days of employment.
