We are looking for a morning (8:30am – 1:00pm), part-time Sales Coordinator to help our sales team with achieving targets and objectives!
What is in it for you:

Pay is $22 - $24 per hour, plus additional incentives.

What you will be doing:
Making initial contact with a potential client or companies to arrange follow-up meetings for the sales team.
Support the sales team with information on client history and client outlook.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Maintaining the company CRM, which includes inbound sales leads and client updates from the sales team.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and project management, to ensure client lead information is accurate.
Your experience and skills include:
Experience in a sales support role and cold calling to work sale leads to determine point of contact.
Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with CRM software (HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Skilled in reaching out to prospective clients unfamiliar with our business.
Attentive to detail and accuracy.
Capable of task prioritization and meeting deadlines.
Able to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
Your team and working environment:
Sight & Sound Productions / Mugwump Productions is based in Jacksonville, FL. This is an in-person position, and you will be working in our newly built building conveniently located near the Town Center (off 295 & Beach Blvd.).
