Responsibilities of the Lead Medical Technologist (MT) (MLS) (CLS)
Act as a training resource for less tenured employees.Perform lab testing as a Medical Technologist.Abide by laboratory protocol and procedures.Be comfortable in a high-volume setting.Knowledge of laboratory equipment and testing to perform quality control checks and troubleshooting of instrumentation.Requirements of the Lead Medical Technologist (MT) (MLS) (CLS)
ASCP or equivalent certification requiredBS Degree in Medical Technology or related science required3+ years of laboratory experience requiredPrevious Leadership experience preferredBenefits for the Lead Technologist Position:
