The impact you will have:As a Senior Microsoft 365 Solutions Consultant at Pivotal, you will play an essential role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft 365 solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their business objectives, assess their current IT infrastructure, and recommend tailored solutions to drive efficiency, collaboration, and innovation within their organization.
What you will do:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Microsoft 365 technologies and best practices.Serve as the subject matter expert on Microsoft 365 solutions, including but not limited to Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and Power Platform.Lead governance planning and technical and functional roadmaps and strategies.Provide technical guidance and support to consultants and project teams in support of engagement delivery.Lead the implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions, including configuration, migration, and integration with existing systems.Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current IT environments to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.Leverage personal and collective team subject matter expertise to drive best practice-based solutions .Design customized Microsoft 365 solutions that align with clients' business goals and IT requirements.Assist sales by providing technical depth on specific technologies during pre-sales engagements.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance on maximizing the value of their Microsoft 365 investment.Document systems and processes; develop user documentation as needed.Will perform other duties as assigned.What makes you a good fit:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field or equivalent.8+ years of experience in IT consulting, with a focus on Microsoft 365 solutions.Deep understanding of M365 ecosystem and products as well as Modern Workplace trends, technical conditions, and future direction.Awareness of Microsoft MDM tools - Intune, Azure Identity and Rights Management, and Enterprise Mobility SuiteProven expertise in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, including Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and Power Platform.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience leading projects and mentoring junior team members.Expert level Microsoft Certifications.

W2 plus full benefits; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience.
