Immediate need for a Psychiatrist to join a great Behavioral Health Group lets discussWe are an unusual practice in psychiatry in that we do only treatment of depression. It is all outpatient treatment, on weekdays, in our dedicated offices. We do not do medication management. Treatment occurs 5 days a week, but the doctor comes to the office one to two days a week to see all the patients as they come through. On another day they would go to a different office locationstaff psychiatrist. Experience not necessary. We will train in the procedure and management.We have 8 locations across the greater metropolitan LA area which includes Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside and Ventura Counties. We have current need in Pasadena, Rancho Cucamonga, Long Beach, and Thousand Oaks, and are looking now to open new locations in Riverside, Santa Clarita, and mid-city Los Angeles, as well as others in the future. Some driving could be involved it they were working full time.Weekdays only. Shifts are full day only. Very little on call activity.Adults, with a rare adolescent.We pay in the general range of $1500 a day for an independent contractor position (+/- depending). Salary is tbd at present but on the table for discussionFull or part time as little as one day a week is available. Full time is benefited with Anthem Blue Cross PPO paid at 90% (employee pays 10%), including vision and dental. 12 days paid vacation plus 6 paid holidays a year. After one year can the employee can join the 401k with employer match of first 5% contributed.This is a very unique practice opportunity in the emerging world the treatment of depression The science in this area is exciting and growing quickly. We will provide all the training necessary.
