Jennifer Burnidge - State Farm Agency located in Arlington Heights, IL has an immediate opening for a full-time Insurance Marketing Assistant. Insurance experience is preferred.
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and promoting our insurance products and services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.Lead Generation: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive prospective clients to engage with our agency.Client Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and networking efforts.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to business development.Events and Networking: Represent the agency at local community events to promote agency awareness and generate leads.Reporting: Provide regular reports on marketing and business development activities, including key performance indicators and successes.QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in marketing , business development, or sales preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Familiarity with insurance products and services is a plus.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to travel within the designated area.Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...
