As a nurse, you are essential toquality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration,nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related toresident well-being.
You will:
Train staff and assist the director of nursingSupport dignity, privacy, independence, choice,individuality, and a home-like environment for residentsAssist residents with instrumental activities ofdaily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administrationwith medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care andindependence, as permitted by state regulationsEnsure care as indicated on resident treatmentand service plansKnow and follow infection control and safetyproceduresReview, update and communicate resident caredocumentationEvaluate health emergencies to determine medicalmeasures per nurse scope of practice and state regulationsYou Currently:
Possess a current nurse license in good standingTypical candidates have 1-year of providing supervisionin healthcare. New grads are encouraged to apply!Our (full-time) Benefits:
