Job Summary

Responsible for Sales in Lombardia and Emilia Romagna Areas, and for relationships with customers

Key Duties

Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities:Reach annual sales target in the assigned territory aligned with Company's growth strategy and core products.Regularly visit customer to drive sales by providing information about Company's products, solutions and offer Company's value proposition.Understand Customer needs and expectations and help to find solutions out of Company's products.Interact and work with Tender Office to participate to public tenders.Interact and work with Customer Service to best assist customers.Share information with Technical ServicesAttend public sessions of tenders and collect information about competitors.First-line contact post-sales.Attend internal sales and marketing meetings and attend customer congresses.Monitor sales trends and results and generate accurate reports.Use Salesforce.com and other professional tools

Qualifications

Biology, Natural Sciences, Laboratory University Degree or similarA few years of proven successful experience in Sales and/or Marketing in the Medical/Laboratory industryKnowledge of Molecular diagnostics is a Plus.Preferably fluent in English

Proven Selling skills in the IVD/Medical area, strategic and complex selling to all stakeholders, negotiation skills.Understand the Italian Public Health Tender system.Customer engagement, problem solving.Good social skills and ability to create good professional relationships with customers and colleagues.Knowledge of basic IT tools, such as Excel, Powerpoint, Word and CRM systems

Presentation skills to users, public and able to train technical personnel
