This is your opportunity to join a large growing company offering a competitive base hourly rate and benefits.* Enjoy paid training allowing you to learn from successful professionals* Opportunity for a long term, advanced career path in service, sales, or management* Access to best in class resources, tools, and technology* Thrive in a company that values a culture of safety to include top-notch safety training and personal protection equipment* Comprehensive benefits package starting day 1 of employment- medical, dental, vision, and more!* $4000 Hiring Bonus* Operate necessary equipment such as pumps, mules, forklifts, loading platforms* Responsible for making proper hookups from storage tanks to trucks and ensuring the correct chemical is loaded* Keep safety areas clear and maintained good housekeeping* Properly load/unload trucks containing drums, bulk totes, and other packaged products* Perform daily inspection on all equipment used* Pick and stage orders and/or trailers for all upcoming shipments* Maintain truck and equipment in a safe and operable condition by performing daily and periodic mechanical, VKIs, DOT and safety inspections* Keeps current on safety techniques and take advantage of all opportunities to improve driving and safety skills* Recognize and avoid safety hazards in the work environment* Comply with all SH&E policies and procedures* Participate in safety meetings, planning committees, TPM, and team functions* Apply spill containment and cleanup methods when required* Comply with all facility and department policies and procedures.* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.* Loading and disposing the facility Wastewater* Moving Trailers in and out of facility as needed to support production demands**What's in it For You:****What You Will Do:**This position will primarily be responsible for providing plant support of chemical and inventory movements, and the maintenance and safe operation of any type of vehicle used to support, plants and/or warehouse movements.**Location Information:*** This will be a local position at the Odessa, TX plant that will be responsible for chemical and material movements within less than 50 miles of the plant.* Candidate must reside within 50 miles of Odessa, TX.**Basic/Minimum Qualifications:*** Minimum high school graduate or GED* Ability to function in a team environment.* Ability to operate a forklift* Must have the ability to don a respirator* Must currently hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL), issued by the state in which the candidate resides* Must be willing to obtain Hazardous Material License within 30 days of hire* Acceptable motor vehicle record (3 years)* All candidates must have the ability to speak, read and write English* No immigration sponsorship offered for this role**Physical Demands:*** Must have the ability to Lift/Carry up to 50 pounds chest high* This role is deemed safety sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing**Preferred Qualifications:*** SAP experience preferred* Manufacturing plant experience* (1) years commercial driving experience, compliant with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and DOT regulations, within the past five years required* Experience with the operation of forklifts, drum dollies, trailer hoists, chemical pumps, hoses, meters, printers and gauges* Experience with handling products in various types of packages including bulk, drums, Porta-Feeds and mini/micro-feed units* Experience in customer relations* Experience performing warehouse duties, which include preventative maintenance, inventory of chemicals, receiving incoming shipments, organizing warehouse for safe and efficient chemical storage, operation of customized chemical manufacturing equipment and the upkeep of warehouse grounds* Able to operate a computer device, either handheld or forklift mounted* Awareness of chemical safety and the measures to take in the event of skin contact or spill**About ChampionX**ChampionX is a global leader in providing chemistry programs and services, drilling technology, artificial lift solutions, and automation technologies for the upstream and midstream oil and gas industry.
