Associate Financial Advisor

Financial Advisory firm seeks driven hire to build a base of clients, create a unique client experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop/implement annual marketing plans to acquire clients; drive client acquisition via referral program/network marketing/natural markets; contact clients/prospects to set up meetings; coordinate seminars/client appreciation events; implement online marketing initiatives (website/social media); implement local advertising/media relations
Identify clients to engage in planning relationships; prepare planning discussions/deliverables for meetings; gather/enter client data into Financial Planning Tool Suite; perform case analysis and develop recommendations; conduct/participate in client meetings to deliver recommendations/advice
Assess client's risk tolerance/goals/time frame; recommend portfolio/product solutions that persuade clients based on their needs; develop product deliverables; conduct transactions/execute trades to align with portfolios; monitor economy/markets/world events to determine strategic rebalancing; manage wholesaler relationships
Review/implement work methods and procedures for quality improvement; delegate work; provide feedback/training/support; set up and maintain files/records/client management system; ongoing communication with clients via email/phone/mail
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' related experience; current client database preferred
Must have (or be able to obtain) Series 7, Series 66 and State life/accident/health insurance licenses
Ability to source prospective clients/present planning strategies; entrepreneurial desire to grow business with initiative in business development; ability to recommend suitable investment products/services; success at planning/managing resources; high level of interpersonal skills; ability to support/provide guidance for compliance
