Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Telemetry (Nursing)

D/N Rotate Shift.AHA Certifications: BLS & ACLS required.Minimum 2 years of experience required.Must have recent experience in MS/tele that takes post-surgical/ cath lab patients.Femoral Sheath pull experience preferred.Primarily receives CHF patients, acute MI's post device care.Patient type: CHF, Acute MI's, arrhythmias, acute MI's post device care (pacemakers, AICD's, post PTCI's) coming from Cath Lab. NO A-lines and arterial sheaths but can take temporary external pacemakers.Unit is staffed for acute intermediate care for cardiac patients and general medical patients.LVAD patients are housed in this unit; no experience necessary but must be interested in learning.RN is expected to help with blood draws.Does NOT accept local candidates within 50 miles!
