ROLE OVERVIEW

The People Partner will have the opportunity to contribute to company performance by providing tactical support and consulting on people strategies in support of and aligning with business objectives, and perform people-related duties at the professional level while supporting multiple departments or functional areas in the Corporate environment.

RESPONSIBILITIESBuild strong business relationships with internal customersApply organizational values in personal performance and ensures People & Culture services are aligned with these valuesFacilitate Induction program for new hiresConsult with team members and management, providing People & Culture policy guidance and interpretation when appropriateDevelop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfersSupport People & Culture business processes through utilization of HRIS modulesAssist with resolving employee relations issues including conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigationsMaintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of team members, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory complianceAct as a performance improvement driver for individuals and teams, and provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management (E.G., COACHING, COUNSELING, CAREER DEVELOPMENT, DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS)Work closely with management and team members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retentionIdentify training needs for individuals, teams, and business units and individual executive coaching needsROLE REQUIREMENTS

Three or more years of People & Culture experience with preferred full-employee-life-cycle experience; or equivalent combination of education and experienceThe ideal candidate works well independently with support from corporate and thrives in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment, juggling multiple priorities with speed and accuracyStrong oral and written communication and organizational skillsDetail-oriented and accurateDeep knowledge of employment related federal and CA state employment laws, programs, and best practicesMust demonstrate strong ethics and influence and negotiation, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learningHighly proficient in MS Office (WORD, EXCEL AND POWERPOINT) and G-SuiteHuman Resources Certification: PHR desiredBA|BS Degree in Business is preferredEnglish, additional language(s) an advantage.Schedule of this position: Monday - Friday | Core business hours | OnsiteBENEFITS
