Entry Level Sales Representative Job Description

:

You will work with homeowners to schedule qualified appointments for our amazing Sales Team. Your responsibility is not to close sales, but to go door-to-door and find interested customers to get a free Solar proposal. If you are a motivated person who wants to work for a great company with an all-star cast of customer service and corporate teams, make a good living, and expand your talents then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

Knock door-to-door (Outside, Direct Sales)

Set appointments with customers to review their solar proposal

Learn the solar process to eventually become a Sales Representative

What We're Looking For:

Ability to make great first impressions and a desire to help people

You must be able to think quickly on your feet and identity solutions you learned in training to help solve customers problems

A strong hunger to achieve goals

Desire to educate homeowners on the positive effects of Home Automation, Security and Solar.

Job Requirements:

Sales Experience is a plus but not required

Customer Support experience is a plus

Live within 1 hour of the office location

Reliable source of transportation

Compensation:

Commission only that is based on performance

Uncapped commission structure

Average Full-Time income: $50,000-$80,000 annually, with an upside of $150,000+

Job Types:

Full-Time or Part-Time (25 hour minimum)
