Beacon Hill is assisting our client in the Eden Prairie area who is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is a permanent role and seeking someone with at least 3 years of expereince as an HR Generalist. Hybrid Work Schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote Schedule: Regular Business Schedule, Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities:
Develop in-depth business knowledge and form strong partnerships with employees and managers.Provide exceptional customer service regarding employee-related matters.Proactively manage employee relations by recommending practices to maintain a positive employer-employee relationship.Coach and develop managers to build high-performing teams and foster employee growth.Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and onboard top talent using efficient and economical processes. Advise leaders on workforce planning best practices.Facilitate the annual performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year check-ins, annual appraisals, and compensation planning.Support employee development through training, development plans, and career pathing.Partner with Compensation to ensure market competitiveness.Facilitate timely communication regarding organizational changes, staff changes, and other important topics. Track headcount moves.Frequently run and analyze reports to support business decisions and track changes.Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) activities.
Required Experience & Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources Generalist experience; preference for 5+ years.Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence.Exposure to various HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, performance management, organizational development, compensation, benefits, HRIS, and employee relations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.PHR or SPHR certification preferred.Strong business acumen with the ability to build strong relationships with internal customers.Knowledge and understanding of Federal, State, and Local employment and labor laws. Experience working with CA and Canada preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
