Job Description:DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTIONThe LDRP team offers labor, delivery and recovery including post partum and newborn care by a highly trained team of nurses and medical staff in a family centered caring and medically safe environment. All sites are trained in GYN surgical care.EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONSCurrent unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission.Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS required.STABLE preferred.NLH Labor and Delivery:Basic Fetal Monitoring skills required.ACLS and NRP preferred.Previous experience in Labor and Delivery preferred. Will train qualified RN with Perinatal experience.NLH Postpartum Gynecological Unit:NRP preferred.Previous Perinatal nursing experience preferred.NLH Nursery:NRP preferred.Experience in stabilization of the newborn preferred.One (1) year experience as general duty nurse with emphasis on adult and/or pediatric nursing preferred.Previous experience in stabilization of the high risk neonate preferred.Position Urgency:NormalShifts:Nights (1900-0730) rotating weekendsState License Details:Must Be Currently ActiveMinimum Years of Experience:1Minimum Guaranteed Hours:36Specialty Type:NursingSub Specialty:LDRPGeneral Certifications:BLS/BCLSBilingual:NoEMR Used:EPICHoliday Coverage Required:Yes
