We’re the undisputed leaders in our space who are championing technology innovation for construction and solar technology - and we’re hiring.We are looking for outstanding sales executives who have a proven track record of selling directly into the residential solar market with a focus on enterprise/mid-market level contractors/installers. The successful candidate will understand the challenges facing residential solar installers, become a trusted technology advisor, and masterfully navigate prospects through a sales process to become loyal customers. We are looking for a dynamic self-starter with strong industry knowledge and a company culture-driven mindset.At Loveland Innovations you’ll…Sell IMGING — the industry gold standard in the digital inspection space for Solar companies — to key decision makers and stakeholders.Represent the Loveland Innovations brand and culture.Own the customer and ensure a high level of satisfaction; identify, research, and connect with prospective clients nationally.Develop and foster business relationships with all key stakeholders including C-Suite.Convey a deep understanding of the solar operations and design processes.Learn to establish best practices, establish value, and outline ROI with clients.Attend industry conferences and trade events to prospect and network with clients.Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against performance metrics with a strong emphasis on new business sales.Guide prospective clients through detailed presentations of SaaS solutions (live and remote).Collaborate with finance, legal, and marketing to ensure a smooth and expedited process.Job Requirements…Minimum 5+ years in sales and growth in a fast-paced solar Enterprise/Mid-Market environment.Deep understanding of the Residential Solar market nationally.Direct knowledge and experience with operations, site survey, design, installation, and engineering workflows.Extensive experience selling to midmarket and enterprise-level companies.Proven at accelerating sales and closing $1MM+ in business in a fiscal year.Proven at closing large deals ranging between $35K-$125K+.Strong leadership and influencing skills; ability to negotiate and build strong business relationships both outside and within the organization.Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.Proven track record of exceeding new business quotas.Proficient in daily use of Salesforce, pipeline management, and/or other deal-tracking software.You’ll be supported by…The most advanced technology in the space.A tightly integrated marketing and creative organization that backs you up.A dedicated onboarding and customer success team specific to support solar clients.Thorough initial and ongoing training.Solutions that define the industry standard.A company committed to advancing its software and investing in resources.A highly supportive Loveland team committed to providing technical training, sales training, and industry-specific insights.What we offer…Aggressive Salary + Commission $165K-$200K+ (based on experience).Medical and dental insurance (80% of the premiums paid by the company).Generous PTO allocations.Employee 401K Matching Stock Options.All job offers are contingent on a background check that complies with the law.
