Newtek One is looking for an

Inside Sales Representative .

In this role, the Inside Sales Representative will be the first point of contact for prospective customers and will be integral in helping to positively shape our customer experience. You will be responsible for making a high volume of customer telephone inquiries to promote the features & benefits of our products & services.

Responsibilities Include

Making outbound calls from generated leads.Engaging with prospective customers regarding Newtek's full suite of products/services.Passionate about delivering a great customer experience.Providing a positive and informative customer experience.Use internal tools to document all customer touch points and communications.Ability to build rapport with customers.Contribute to the achievement of team goals and outcomes.Participate in regular training and development meetings as required.

Qualifications

2+ years of Telephone Sales, Customer Service, or other customer facing experience.Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and best practices.Technologically proficient (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel).Excellent listening and communication skills.Must possess a positive, can-do attitude.

Salary Range: $45,000 to $55,000 per year

Schedule will be an overnight shift 9pm to 6am EST.
