You will join a team of amazing people who treat each other like family, Value and Support Diversity and Inclusion.**Who we want***Workstyle:* Perform tasks that are generally routine and manual with high attention to detail.*Performance:* Deliver high quality products.*Team Player:* Build positive relationships with others to achieve common goals.*Reliable:* Manage time, to ensure being at work on time and effectively get the job done.**What you will do**Responsible for the timely and accurate movement of components used in manufacturing, management of material flow into the production scheme, and coordinating the flow of materials requiring transportation within the manufacturing facility.* Works with quality and production to manage the process of moving parts and materials throughout the manufacturing plant (kanban system)* Maintain a computerized inventory system, reconciling discrepancies as required.* Must be able to proficiently operate a variety of material handling equipment which may include, but not limited to: forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies.* Work with quality technicians and logistics material handlers to ensure correct component identification and traceability.* Conducts fact finding and problem solving as required.* Assist the Team leader with miscellaneous duties and projects as directed.**Position Requirements*** High school diploma or equivalent.* Obtain forklift license required.* Willingness and ability to work extended workweek including weekends.* Willingness to follow all safety rules. Adhere to policies and procedures established by Stryker Medical.* Must have good communication skills, a customer service orientation, self-motivated, very organized, enthusiastic, detail oriented, resourceful, willing, and able to work long hours (including overtime as required) and possess a sense of urgency.* Reliable and dependable- by being on-time for scheduled shifts, meetings, and trainings.* Manufacturing experience is not required however preferredBe sure to have them submit you as a referral prior to applying for this position.
