Mark-Taylor is hiring an Associate Director of Talent Acquisition & Management to join our Talent Acquisition Team.As the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition & Management, you will work out of our Corporate Office located in the McCormick Ranch neighborhood of Scottdale, Arizona. This position will lead a team of recruiters, manage relationships with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process. Additionally, the Associate Director will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management programs to support employee growth, engagement, and retention, aligning these initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives.You're Excited About This Role Because You Will:Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that attract and hire top talent across all levels of the organization.Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to enhance their effectiveness and professional growth.Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, advise on best practices, and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the role.Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and extending job offers.Utilize data analytics to monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building with passive candidates.Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and educational institutions to enhance the talent pool.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and adjust strategies as needed.Design and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly and become productive members of the team quickly.Develop and oversee employee development and training programs that enhance skills, knowledge, and career growth opportunities.Collaborate with HR and management to create and execute succession planning strategies, ensuring the company is prepared for future leadership needs.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs, gathering feedback and making adjustments to improve outcomes.Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by promoting and supporting ongoing professional development initiatives.Enhance the company’s employer brand to attract and retain top talent, promoting the company as an employer of choice.Develop and communicate the company’s value proposition to potential candidates through various channels, including social media, company website, and recruitment events.Manage and optimize the company’s presence on social media and other platforms to promote job opportunities and showcase company culture.Compliance and Reporting:Ensure recruitment and talent management practices comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including EEO, ADA, and other employment-related legislation.Prepare and present regular reports on talent acquisition and management activities to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and progress towards goals.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment and employee development activities, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.We're Excited to Meet You! Ideally, You Will Bring:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
