We have long been associated with many of the most significant advances in eye health, and we believe we are well positioned to continue leading the advancement of eye health in the future.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Strategic Projects & Growth to join our Bausch + Lomb Ophthalmic team. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President & GM, Ophthalmic Products and Market Access, the Director of Strategic Projects & Growth, will be responsible for developing and implementing key strategic initiatives that will help us achieve our sales goals and drive growth for the business. Additionally, you will lead two business expansion teams focusing on growing our dry eye portfolio in previously underserved categories, providing direction, coaching, and support to help them achieve their individual and team targets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.Work closely with sales / business expansion teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.Provide leadership, coaching, and support to two business expansion teams to ensure they achieve their objectives.Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and potential risks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.Monitor and report on business expansion team performance, providing regular feedback and recommendations for improvement.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience with demonstrated success in sales leadership and strategic project management.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies and initiatives.Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven sales environment.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Note: This role is eligible for our hybrid work

allowing for up to 2 days/week

of telecommuting from home

and 3 days/week in our Bridgewater, NJ corporate office.
