Sr. Director, Enterprise Sales

to join our team in

New York City or Chicago ! Nexxen is seeking a high performing Senior Director, Enterprise Sales to successfully build and grow a book of business and be the key point of contact between strategic customers, partners and various departments within Nexxen. You will sell our true end-to-end technology solution to key stakeholders within large independent agencies and brands. Independent agency or brand-direct relationships are a requirement. As part of the Enterprise Sales team you will be responsible for prospecting and driving business within these specific business units. You will be responsible and accountable for revenue achievement, building relationships, and with your account management team, build and implement strategic account plans.Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are:Prospect and source new business opportunities and clients within a specified account listOwn senior level relationships across east coast independent agencies and brandsDevelop innovative concepts for new business presentations that maximize sales opportunities across all Nexxen's portfolioProvide customer feedback to internal teams (product, engineering, marketing) to develop and deliver innovative marketing solutions for our customers.Be accountable for account quota aligned with the growing existing book of business and track against quota by forecasting accurately at regular cadenceBe the voice of the customer; articulating their needs in the right context internally and become a champion of understanding your customer's business needs and key initiativesExpand the base of customers within your designated agencies by driving new brand adoptionIdentify new digital trends and provide innovative solutions for Enterprise clients utilizing the Nexxen End-to-End product stack.What Will I Bring?

8+ years of digital adtech sales experienceProven track record partnering with customers at the agency at various levels (C-suite to daily POCs) at independent agencies and brands.Demonstrate ability to gain customer trust, retain, and grow customer investmentExperience upholding high meeting activity. Driven to maintain consistent and meaningful face time with your clienteleExisting knowledge of programmatic space, insights, and dataSenior level client relationship managementStrong expertise of digital media and managing large advertising budgets ($50M+)Experience with account planning, forecasting, and prioritizationDemonstrated ability to understand and be comfortable with technical product offeringsStrong leadership and mentorship skills and experienceAt Nexxen, we value our differences, varied experiences, and collective contribution. is

$160,000 - $190,000

at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
