Summary
Southern California News Group is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Digital Advertising Operations team as a Sr. Sales Development Manager. This role will help plan, organize and execute programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team and SCNG. You’ll be responsible for leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and oversee multi-touch programs including both inbound and outbound tactics.
What You Will Do
Hire, coach and manage a team of SDRsMaintain consistent track record of 100%+ of SQL quota achievementDevelop the sales, product and industry skills of each team memberProactively improve the areas of process, efficiency and productivityOptimize strategies and tactics based on SQL and revenue successAct as the liaison between the Demand Generation team and Sales teamManage pipeline, pivot based on current inbound/outbound lead quality/volumeWhat You Will Bring
3+ years of B2B sales experience1+ years of B2B sales management experience preferredAbility to lead new SDRs to aggressive SQL goalsExperience effectively coaching other SDRs on calls/emailsAd sales experience is strongly preferredCapable of making 50-100 outbound calls a dayFamiliarity with digital sales or marketing technology toolsBachelor’s degree requiredThis is a hybrid role with occasional onsite expectation in Irvine, CA.
The annual salary range is $90,000 - $100,000 PLUS a monthly potential sales bonus. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, MediaNews Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
