They are responsible for any sales or marketing initiatives that help drive sales.As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will collaborate with marketing teams on sales initiatives to support business growth. Your days are full of diverse tasks where each day is different. Examples include drafting responses to proposal requests, developing sales presentations and communicating with prospects, maximizing brand impact at trade shows and execution of public relations efforts. This role provides excellent exposure to sales and business strategy as well as new marketing tactics.The team works in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. As company goals evolve and change, the team pivots and adjusts to align with those goals. You will be able to manage your work individually but still have a team around you to offer support when needed.How you’ll spend your time:

You have a bachelor’s degree in a business related field.You have five years of experience in marketing.Compensation Range:Minimum: $57,760.00 - Maximum: $149,000.00The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB’s standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors. In addition, this range does not encompass the full earning potential for this role.
